Victory TS Plasma System

Light Duty Conventional CNC Plasma Cutting System

The Victory TS is a light-duty CNC plasma cutting system based on Victory’s regular heavy-duty industrial systems. The dual-side drive system is constructed of 10-gauge steel. The TS features a welded tub with a solidly mounted gantry on top. It is a complete, turn-key unit: the controller and plasma are installed and tested prior to delivery.

Victory Unitized Plasma System

Water Table or Down Draft in Conventional or High Definition

The Victory Unitized CNC plasma system contains a work table that has a structural double frame with a welded 3/16″ walled tub built on a W4x13 frame to withstand the industrial environment. Heavy ‘T’ guide rails, helical gear rack with 2″ steel rollers on the rail axis combined with dual linear slides on the cross axis make a smooth and accurate guide system.

Victory Rail & Gantry systems include True Hole, which was designed from the ground up to give you the best possible plasma-cut hole. Each of our industrial CNC Rail Systems are built in house and ships complete, with plasma cutter and controller installed and fully tested prior to shipment.

Victory Bridge Plasma System

Fully Integrated High Definition Industrial CNC Plasma System

The Victory Bridge systems represent the best in plasma cutting technology and are completely integrated from top to bottom, featuring all Hypertherm components, software and True Hole. Integrated automatic torch height control, torch collision protection, laser locator and full motion Hypertherm Phoenix software are standard features. Bridge Systems use a minimum of three 750-watt servos. Motor sizes increase as width and length dictate.
