Available in 5’ and 10’ sections

Modular Designed Roller Conveyors, produced by EMS Equipment Inc., are available in 5 feet and 10 feet sections and can be custom built based upon on a customer’s unique requirements and specifications. These custom specs can include custom length sections & pass line height. They are also available in 300, 500 and 1000 lbs/ft capacities. Rollers on each section are spaced as close as 12.5″ on centers. EMS Equipment can custom build special application roller conveyors for processing equipment such as shot blasting machines and paint booths or automated paint lines.

Cross Transfers

Custom built to your shop’s size and specifications

EMS Equipments’s Lift & Carry and Continuous Chain Cross Transfers have a lifting capacity of 5 tons per section and can be built to up 60′ in length. They are built as standard transfers and also as through transfers. These units can be custom built to your shop’s size and specifications.
