The V505 series of angle lines has two varients, both of which are
used for the production of diagonal trusses, braces and clip
angles. The input of product runs can be done manually or
imported directly into the machine control system via flash
memory or network connection. After product runs have been
imported, the bar nesting program carries out the length
optimization calculations.

The V505-1 is the basic machine in the
V505-series. The angles and flat bar are
automatically positioned with the roller
feed measuring system. The features of
this measuring system include high
positioning speed and an unlimited
processed length. The machine is fitted
with two punching units, one for each leg
of the angle, each with a single punch.
The punching units are equipped with a
quick change punch adapter. The
V505-3 is fitted with a triple punch station
for flexibility.
