The V806M is a beam coping system with a universal six axis
industrial Panasinoc robot especially designed for cutting
I-beams, H-beams, channels, angles, rectangular tubes and flats.
The system is capable of in both flanges and the web, and can
also carry out web and flange bevels for weld preparation. The
automatic positioning and measuring of the material is performed
with a roller feed system. The V806M is equipped with a coping
robot with an oxy/fuel cutting system. Because each beam
possesses some dimensional deviation, the robot performs an
automatic measurement/probing cycle to obtain the beams actual
dimensions. The V806M beam coping system can be used as a
stand alone machine or can also be integrated into a split system
for sawing, drilling and coping.
