  • Machine frame in heavy steel plate and structural sections, electro- welded, stress relieved and precision
    CNC machined.
  • Hydraulic Pinch Adjustment from control station, adjustable pinch pressure.
  • Top & pinch rolls driven via hydraulic motor/planetary reducer for near 100% efficiency in torque
    transmission to the rolls, energy efficient simplicity.
  • Hydraulic powered drop end actuated from control station for rapid part removal.
  • All rolls  journaled in SKF type high dynamic load bearings with self purging seals form maximum
    performance under oblique loads when rolling cones.
  • Automatic tilt of both lateral rolls from machine mounted controls for cone rolling.
  • Machine controls in low voltage, detached foot pedals for rotation with emergency stop, machine mounted
    controls for all hydraulic movements.
  • Central automated and timed lubrication available on request.  
  • Circumferential safety trip wire guard with 3 way switch.
